Trade
People carried out trade in Mesopotamia by boats, donkeys, foot, raft, coracle, river boat, and cart. The boats that the Mesopotamian people used were very long so for them trade was very easy. There were a lot of inventions that Mesopotamian people made that facilitated trade there was woven baskets, irrigation system, and the Eupherates and Tigris river. By: Fareed Khan |
Goods
In Mesopotamia many goods were produced. For starters there was a lot of food. Beef, lamb, pork, goat, ducks, were the meats. Fish, turtles, and shellfish were found in rivers and canals. Barley and Wheat were staple foods. Grain was crushed for porridge. Barley was also used to make beer. Clothes, Jewelry, and Wine were other goods that were traded!
